My interest in Wikipedia stems from the influence of my geek genes, and my use of the MediaWiki software in personal projects as well. As a reader, I enjoy any place that makes learning as useful and open as Wikipedia does.

As an editor, my involvement in Wikipedia comes from my love of knowledge in general, and the ever pedantic quality of not being able to leave one book on a bookshelf sitting askew!

With that in mind, and in no particular order, my interests are Philosophy (particularly Greek_philosophy), Scottish_clans and the history of Scotland generally, and of course Computer Science.
