I was born in London, England in 1968 and studied mathematics and computing at Oxford University citation needed. I now live in Leicestershire and work as a consultant in the IT industry citation needed. My main interests are people, architecture, Systems thinking, philosophy, management, psychology, art, photography, knowledge management, understanding and making a difference. Sometimes I think I am interested in technology but at other times I am not so sure. Probably more accurately, I have an interest in technology as a means to an end but it can also be a distraction citation needed.

Sharing knowledge and experience via wikipedia seems like a most excellent use of spare time.

Wiki Editing Quick reference[edit]

To add GNU Free Documentation License:

To render <math> as PNG for consistency, add \,\! to end and insert the following comment:

<!-- The \,\! is to keep the formula rendered as PNG instead of HTML to ensure consistency of representation. Please don't remove it.-->

To redirect one page to another: #REDIRECT United States

Section linking[edit]

You can use section linking to link to a section within the same page (using displayed text, and if another section with the same name exists a _(sequential number) is appended as in displayed text), or to a section within another page (using displayed text).

Section linking does not work in a redirect. One can use it anyway in a redirect as a clarification, and at least it works when clicking on the link from the redirect page.
