Sorry, that explanation is not helpful. I have noticed the big hoohah about which Georgia "deserves" the default title, but I still can't understand the following:

1. what redirect?
2. facilitate how?
3. facilitate why?
4. why are there separate disambiguation pages at Georgia and Georgia (disambiguation)
5. Georgia at least links to Georgia (disambiguation); why does the reverse link not exist?
