• Aldershot -> somewhere
• Ingleton -> Lancashire
• Cherlwood and Horley -> West Sussex

• Hereford and Worcester was suggested to be 'Malvernshire'
• Cleveland originally called 'Teesside', changed to avoid seeming like an expanded Teesside county borough
