Delete I have added a category, Category:Fraternal and Service Organizations which all the links in this article are now under. Most of the other links are redundancies to other articles that are better suited for other categories. Wgfinley 22:14, 6 Sep 2004 (UTC)

  • keep the list; categorisation is not a replacement for lists. though the page should be at list of fraternal and service organisations Dunc_Harris| 22:15, 6 Sep 2004 (UTC)
  • Keep, lists can be annotated, organized, and contain links to non-existent articles. - SimonP 23:09, Sep 6, 2004 (UTC)
  • Keep and do not move, because it can develop into more than a list, but actually an article on the topic.--Samuel J. Howard 23:12, Sep 6, 2004 (UTC)
  • Keep: Maybe better as List of, but keep. Geogre 01:43, 7 Sep 2004 (UTC)
    • Comment: Sorry for not answering the nomination in my vote: It's true that categories are helpful, but I think the ruling is that they do not supercede lists. This is not named as a list; therefore, the keep is based on its unofficial "lists beat cats" status, and hopes, as Gene Poole says, that it can develop into a history and cultural discussion of the fraternal movements. • Keep: This can and should be developed into a dedicated article describing the fraternal organisations phenomenon.--Gene_poole 02:00, 7 Sep 2004 (UTC)
