Vfd main page vandalism

I don't know what's going on. Is someone using RickK's account? He's been one of the most sensible posters around. I've been gone for a few hours. Please give me an update. I'm not sure that I could adequately describe it, as I instinctively turned away from it immediately. But I saw enough of it to get a sense that it was a series of horrifying photos of mutilated body parts, maybe whole bodies, animals, and so on. Vandalism...

Sorry you have to get involved. I have apologized to Master Thief. Quite simply, I did not know the "rule" of Wikipedia, and his/her comments were especially belittling and harsh, and so I responded as I did. Sorry.

VFD -> CSD

I personally don't think it's appropriate to put a CSD on a VfD page. VfD pages are never candidates for speedy deletion. RickK 05:20, Apr 27, 2005 (UTC)

Howdy. You appear to be trying to list Image:100 7065.JPG on VfD; however, it hasn't worked. WP:IFD is the proper place to nominate images and other media for deletion. If you don't mind, I'll fix the VfD page. android↔talk 03:25, Apr 28, 2005 (UTC)

I am starting to become a little worried about Superdude115's recent edits. He was really good for a while about not creating cruft, but recently he has been creating a lot of policy pages, and the edits to articles are seeming less relevant than before... I will try to keep a close eye on him again. Just a heads up, as I know you were also active monitoring him during his RFC.           • There was also a version of this article, created at Iranian Physics News, perhaps to get around the VFD process. I made it a redirect into the article that is up for VFD. • You're probably right, I should have tried that first. It's been awhile since I encountered a not-useful redirect. However, WP:CSD doesn't explicitly list a criterion for redirects that really applies to those... no "nonsense redirect" or the like. Perhaps it should? android↔talk 22:49, May 17, 2005 (UTC)
