What is this template[edit]

What is this template? And if it is a template why is it only used on one page?

This template contains the text of Wikipedia:Introduction 3 part of a three page introduction Introduction, Introduction 2 and Introduction 3. New editors are encouraged to edit the first page to practice editing, but not Introduction 3. However, they often do click edit and the name of this template and the wikilink is all they see:

This encourages them to not practice on this page but to move on to a sandbox. as directed on Introduction 2.

However, people often edit this page anyway (usually some kind of mistake or vandalism). This template makes it easy to restore the page to its preferred state because the new users don't know how to find the template page. The User:Sandbot enforces the introduction every 30 minutes so that if editors do not notice the vandalism right away it gets fixed automatically.

be changed to just

The only page that transcludes this template is Wikipedia:Introduction 3, which has an item on wikidata (wikidata:Q10948658) that already includes these items, except for those that do not correspond to that page or are deleted.
