Oh, I'm sorry. I wasn't sure if it is copyrighted or not. How do you know if the photo is or not? Becuase I couldn't find anything official on the page I retrieved it from originally.

I have to assume it is, just because it's from a commercial photo shoot for the album and all. Would be great if we could find a noncopyrighted picture, though. Everyking 18:47, 7 Aug 2004 (UTC)

Ok, but I'm not sure how to remove the picture from the whole Wikipedia database...

You'd have to list it on the copyvio page, along with the source. Conceivably, the image might be fair use? I don't know enough to say, but album covers are explicitly mentioned as fair use, at least, so I suppose an image of the cover would be fine, and could go in the Autobiography (album) article as well. I notice it currently doesn't have an image copyright tag. Could you add one to let us know its copyright status? (You can use {{gfdl}} if you release it under the GFDL, or {{fairuse}} if you claim fair use, etc.) If you don't know what any of this means, just let me know where you got the image and I'll tag it for you.
