I've been monitoring your appalling behavior for over a week now, and I'm taking a stand. I explicitly forbid you to bully, to misrepresent yourself, to mischaracterize proposed polices as adopted policies, or to engage in fruitles, time-wasting conflicts on Wikipedia.       • I can't imagine why you would feel it necessary to call me a "Yob." Name-calling is inappropriate. Civility is in order. I told you why Netoholic's page was moved; he is deleting material that should be archived. It's inappropriate. If I restored it improperly, I apologize... but threatening editors is NEVER appropriate. Are we clear?
