Hi, and welcome to wikipedia. Sorry for the delay in the response, I missed your entry after you logged on. Thanks for getting a login. Now you need to somehow show that your are the copyright holder. Doesn't have to be an ironclad proof, but maybe an email adress for the source or so. And maybe add a statement to Talk:Yak Butter Blues: A Tibetan Trek of Faith that you are the copyright holder and releasing it under the GFDL, plus a link to the source. If you have questions, you can ask on my talk page or on the Wikipedia:Village pump. Easiest, of course, would be for you to rewrite the text into an encyclopedia article. The original text needs some editing anyway, since right now it reads, well, like a press release, and not an encyclopedia entry. Thanks a lot for your patience. -- Chris 73 Talk 05:58, Jan 14, 2005 (UTC)

Thanks done and revisited and done again.Pelegrinotrek 00:56, 1 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Brandon Wilson[edit]

If we can find a reliable source that Brandon Wilson is an Eagle Scouts, then his name should be on List of Eagle Scouts (Boy Scouts of America). --—— Gadget850 (Ed) talk - 00:04, 23 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Ed: in response to the Brandon Wilson (author/explorer) listing for Eagle Scout, please reference [Who's Who in the World. Wilmette, IL: Marquis Who's Who/Macmillan Directory Division. 1988. ISBN 0-8379-1108-7]. Also listed in his Wiki Bio.

Wiki bio is not allowed as a ref. Have you got a reliable web based ref for this? Or if you are him or have contact with him, a scan of his Eagle certificate will do. He is also not a DESA per the latest BSA DESA list as you claimed in one post. RlevseTalk 00:40, 27 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
If by Wiki Bio you mean his article, that has been tagged with citation needed since December. I should be by the library within the week to look this up. --—— Gadget850 (Ed) talk - 12:57, 27 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
If the reference from Who's Who in the World will not do, we will be happy to supply a scan of his certificate. Where to email it?Pelegrinotrek (talk) 02:34, 28 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
