Eriogonum bicolor moved to draftspace[edit]

Thanks for your contributions to Eriogonum bicolor. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability and iNaturalist is not generally considered a reliable source. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. — Moriwen (talk) 18:49, 6 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I believe you have done this incorrectly, on the help page it says
"If your article is possibly acceptable but the issues are not easily fixable, it could be moved to the Draft space where you can continue to improve it for a while without worrying about immediate deletion."
Lacking references or sources IS an easily fixable issue and thus the page should not have been moved.
Please provide a link to discussion where iNaturalist was deemed to be unreliable.

And FYI I certainly will continue to work on the page, I was interrupted. There are many many pages in the Eriogonum category, the omission of one species seems to me to be notable in itself, even if that is not Wikipedia's definition of the word.
