Hi, I'm glad to see you've registered a username for yourself, and I thought I'd say welcome to Wikipedia and hope you stay around!

You were concerned about misinformation in the Freddie Mercury article; for some while anonymous users, which I think were all you, had been removing the information about his middle name apparently being Pluto, and also altering the word bisexual to homosexual, without any edit summary or evidence to back up why they'd done that.

I'm sure you'll be aware that, when anyone can edit any page, vandalism is a problem, and anonymous IPs removing information is particularly suspect. So, your changes were repeatedly reverted. I see now you've supplied a link to a copy of the birth certificate, and a transcript of the statement issued the day before he died. That's great - one of the most important things when adding, or removing, information, is to cite your sources. With the appropriate evidence to back things up, the removal of 'pluto' can be verified as a good edit and not vandalism.

I hope you'll stick around and help make the Freddie Mercury article and others as comprehensive and accurate as possible!
