Seems to have no importance outside of locality? Correct me if I am wrong... --WayneMokane 03:06, 22 Dec 2004 (UTC)

Delete, just as I thought I speedily deleted some BJAODN. Disclaimer: I am a Math student of UW and I basically live in that Math and Computer Building, so I often ended up at the Comfy. SYSS Mouse 23:10, 22 Dec 2004 (UTC)

  • No, not the comfy chairlounge! Delete. --fvw* 01:10, 2004 Dec 23 (UTC)
  • I was there once! Unless there's another 24-hour University of Waterloo lounge where someone might concievably play Diplomacy. Note that it was presumably created off a redlink from vfd survivor The Game (game) Still, delete. Samaritan 04:12, 23 Dec 2004 (UTC)
  • While this article creates fond memories of the lounges of my youth (the Snake Lounge, The Loeb) I must say Delete.Dhodges 04:24, 23 Dec 2004 (UTC)

  • Delete. Maybe it's "loungecruft," maybe it's "couchcruft," maybe it's just plain old cruft. --Szyslak 05:07, 23 Dec 2004 (UTC)
  • Obvious keep. A comfy lounge. All comfy lounges are notable. This lounge has influenced the lives of thousands of students. Nobody is suggesting deleting articles about minuscule towns like Nelsonville, New York or silly fancruft about non-notables like Thomas Dermody, so why are we deleting articles about comfy lounges? After all, Wikipedia is not paper. Just because comfy lounges are not of interest to high-and-mighty muck-a-mucks that enjoy feeling powerful by deleting other peoples' hard work does not mean they are not interesting to others.
    • Please sign your votes with ~~~~. I guess this article has no chance of survival here but maybe you can put on your user page or take it to everything2 or something. Kappa 22:20, 23 Dec 2004 (UTC)
      • That vote came from anonymous User:207.180.30.190. I checked the edit history; looks like a garden-variety troll/vandal. Unfortunately for him, anon votes don't count. --Szyslak 07:27, 24 Dec 2004 (UTC)
      • I just read that anon votes do count. My mistake. But this guy kind of smells like a sock (e.g. he's a newbie with extensive contributions to VfD), and socks don't count. --Szyslak 09:10, 24 Dec 2004 (UTC)
        • Oh that was a troll huh? I should pay more attention. Nice work there troll. Kappa 11:32, 24 Dec 2004 (UTC)
