Could we rename this New England (US region)? The long title is a little odd. Dachshund

I agree, but how about New England (U.S.) rather than the above. I have The West (U.S.) . I can change the others

Southwest Region of the United States -> The Southwest (U.S.)

and

U.S. Southern States -> The South (U.S.)

We also should have a Mid Atlantic (U.S.) page.

I changed the New England articles, but not the other regions. I added in some text from the us embassy, but the text sounds like a travel brochure. sfmontyo.
