As the original author, I have addressed at least one of the grounds for deletion, namely, getting rid of the quotes from the Microsoft Shared Source Licensing Program, and putting in an external link to the page where the text came from. I note that I should have done it this way from the jump, but I'm new to Wikipedia and will make mistakes. 198.238.39.239 18:42, 13 Apr 2005 (UTC)
