Please note that we've discussed the issue of the name of the Republic of Macedonia a million times already - see Talk:Republic of Macedonia for previous discussions. If you want to rename the article, I suggest that you justify it on the talk page before trying to rename it. Objection

For the record, I didn't propose Marshal Tito's propaganda over Macedonia for deletion, although I agree that the article should be deleted for the reasons set out by the people who've commented on it. (Don't forget that you have a vote too - see Wikipedia:Votes for deletion/Marshal Tito's propaganda over Macedonia. As the author, your view should be heard too.) My aim in this is simply to ensure that the NPOV policy is upheld. I don't think it's appropriate to link to an article that's up for deletion and has so far acquired 8 votes for deletion and only 1 to keep. What's more, the Marshal Tito article covers the same ground as the Macedonia article, so it's redundant anyway. -- ChrisO 00:43, 9 Sep 2004 (UTC)

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Joy Joy is from Croatia (Tito's homeland, too powerful democracy of Yugoslavia thanx to his aid, thats why it got most of the magnificent coast and all the islands of Yugoslavia), he is taught what all Yugoslavians are taught. That Macedonians are Slavs. Even Serbs that adore Greeks claim that Macedonians are a different nation etc. He has instilled Tito's campaign in his blood, I cant change it, noone can, only Joy can. But thats too hard, its as hard as for a european is to stop believing in christianism and start praising Islam. So, no reason even to count his vote :) The "court" should have neutral "judgers", not "pawns" of "Marshal Tito's propaganda over Macedonia". You are so much against me, Chris0 seems to come from a christian name so I suppose you are either a Slav or an American/British. ( i dont think an italian/spanish/portoguese/german etc would be against greeks and in fond of "macedonian slavs". so whats your nationality? you shouldnt be ashamed of it.. Just a question

Sorry, what means to violate??? I actually use today's Greek name of the town (Kilkis). Many of the towns in Bulgaria, Greece and Turkey have Bulgarian, Greek and Turkish names. Other thing - I have just mentioned the names of two Bulgarians born in Kilkis. Bojin 20:43, 12 Sep 2004 (UTC)

First of all you messioned 2 names hristo something etc without creating an article about them. Secondly many cities in bulgaria and in turkey have greek names cuz they were founded by greeks, and today have different names which other come from greek one (as Izmir comes from Smyrne) or they are totally changed, in order not to remind that greeks founded them. If I go and change Istanbul article into "constantinaple" is a violation because today Constantinaple belongs to turkey and turks want it to call it Istanbul (bytheway comes from greek "is tin polin"). Furthurmore it would be like saying Istanbul is still greek, its temporarily turkish, that doesnt respect NOV. In addition to these, Kilkis was not under bulgaria's occupation only during World War II, never was officially bulgarian part. So if i change the Istanbul article into Constantinaple, believe me it would be less offensive for turks (cuz istanbul belongs to them today) than what you did in "kilkis" article.
