Buck Rogers[edit]

Shouldn't there be a mention of the stargates from Buck Rogers in the 25th Century? Roche-Kerr (talk) 06:03, 14 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Queensbury & Google earth[edit]

If you use Google Earth, and search for "stargate", you'll reach a roundabout near Bradford. It's not mentioned here, and Google itself doesn't know it. Do you? Is it relevant for adding in the disambugation? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 84.138.157.130 (talk) 22:09, 28 January 2007 (UTC).[reply]

It is a google map error, it should be "staygate". See OS map latyer on Bing -- Q Chris (talk) 08:58, 10 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Cleanup[edit]

I removed the following entries from this disambiguation page because their article don't mention the term "Stargate" (notability question) or because they don't have article to begin with:

  • Stargate, a Protoss building used to construct/transport spaceships in the computer game StarCraft
  • Stargate, a science fiction book by Stephen Robinett was published in 1976
  • Stargate, a continually collapsing stars or "collapsar" used as wormhole based transportation gates in the book The Forever War

I do not comprehend that rationale.
