LaSalle Parish vs. La Salle Parish

Most of the more authoritative references on the web suggest LaSalle is all one word. Anybody able to give a confirmation? Alfredo22 21:28, 27 September 2007 (UTC)

The revised statutes of the Louisiana Legislature do not include a single reference to La Salle parish. The parish is consistently spelled LaSalle. LaSalle is the correct spelling. [1]— Preceding unsigned comment added by Donnebryant (talk • contribs) 17:12, 24 August 2015 (UTC)

The correct and official spelling of LA Salle Parish is LA Salle Parish and not LASalle Parish. This was verified by the USPS and by GIS which is what all counties uses as an official county source.
