Good job on her albums, however, if you read Wikipedia:WikiProject_Albums#Colors you'll find the colors have a meaning... I didn't know for a while either. Second vs Seconds[edit]

Hello. I've had to change several entries for Japanese records that you created to relink from seconds to second. This former seconds is rubbish - second hand goods, etc. but this links to a disambiguation page since there is no article on seconds; the latter second is the unit of time that you were looking for and should have used. Amuro Namie singles covers[edit]

Hello! Since you have worked very hard on her singles, is there any possibility of adding two links to every image you have uploaded, one to the page that holds the image and another to the image itself? Yes, if possible, add two hyperlinks, one to the page that holds the image, and another to the image itself. In example, see Image:AYU_Ayu-mi-xIIversionAcousticOrchestra.jpg, I provided two links in the Summary, one that goes to the page with the image, and another directly to the image.

For images you have scanned, please specify in the image page that you have scanned them. In example, "This image was scanned by me (NATEamx) from the "CAN YOU CELEBRATE" CD cover/Oricon magazine from December 2005/etc".

Capitalization in album articles[edit]

I don't particularly view them as erroneously capitalized as it is my opinion that it is the proper way these titles are supposed to be represented. I understand what the Wikipedia guidelines are when it comes to titles. I feel that they are culturally insensitive. If you were attuned to the way the Japanese handle things such as this you would see that it is uniformily written in the "style" in which artist and companies have specified in all forms of media. In Japan whether they are all capitalized, lowercased, backwards, whatever, the titles in the way they are written are their proper titles.

When I write these articles I'm trying my best to be as accurate as possible to whatever it is I'm writing about this includes titles, names, etc. I wouldn't randomly capitlize the title of an American album as I know that it is not the proper title of the release as there are standards that have been setup that regulate how these things should be handled. However, these same standards are not in place when it comes to English usage in Japan. Anyway, I don't have anything further to say on the topic. It doesn't really bother me. I wouldn't even notice if it didn't come up at WikiProject Albums. Wikipedia naming conventions state that the titles of songs or albums should be capitalized according to standard English rules unless they are unique, so if there is a strong reason to keep these articles this way, I don't mind. But could you please explain to me why this situation is any different than from American or British albums (most of which are inconsistently capitalized)? When I skimmed through the articles about albums by Do As Infinity it seemed to me that they were just following the capitalization used on the cover or perhaps even the official site but other sources use different schemes. Absolutely, they should be. A single cover image is extremely useful for identifying the album and showing how it was marketted, but unless other covers are worth discussing in their own right, they really shouldn't be included. A single image, with or without commentary, is generally considered acceptable, but discographies should certainly not use covers. I treat all album articles I come across in the same way- if I can not see any particular use for a second cover, I remove it or nominate it for deletion.
