I see this is a new account, and you added some useful material to Chilean coup of 1973, but you also added a lot of very POV material and unclear citations (e.g. I assume Debray is Regis Debray, but you did not clarify what work of his in the References section, so the citation is useless except as a warning to those who know the name that this is hardly a neutral source). I really don't want to eviscerate your writing, but unless you go back and do some cleanup on these things yourself, I'm going to have to. Please fix this! -- Jmabel | Talk

Thanks for adding the Debray citation. I figured that was who it had to be.
Wikipedia's preferred style is to give authors' full names when available, and I'm trying to move toward that. (See Wikipedia:Cite sources). Thus, "David Christian", not D. Christian. There are several reasons for this: one is to provide the most useful information for further web searching. -- Jmabel | Talk 05:59, Oct 27, 2004 (UTC)

OK I will try to find the full names for the rest of the references I added. Regards. Joh.

I'd be interested in your opinion at Talk:Chilean coup of 1973#Differentiating the deposement from the coup. - Jmabel | Talk 06:42, 13 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
