Regarding another SEPTA image

I've been curious about this one image in your galler, specifically File:Septa 145 1993, near Valley Forge, Pennsylvania.jpg. You say this is near Valley Forge, Pennsylvania, but I looked at Valley Forge on Google Maps, and I can't figure out where this could've been.
