Hi, you've uploaded that image: [1], can you tell me, how did you find it is relased under Public Domain (as the description claims)? I just want to use it on Polish wiki, but can't do that without beeing sure it's not copyrighted. Marcin Otorowski 17:47, 30 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I really wouldn't worry too much about copyright violation, this was a photo by a fan from the san diego comic conference 2004, submitted to comicon.com, worst case, someone will ask us to remove it :-)

He said "public domain" in the description but licensed it under the GFDL. Therefore it's free, but not still under a copyright. Does that satisfy the Polish wiki? Hbdragon88 23:55, 18 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
