The StupidCatOfDoom is an entity of the internet. Spawned by Schrōdinger's evil counterpart, he seeks out websites with dynamic content (forums, guestbooks, chatrooms etc) and destroys all hope of a decent site before commiting suicide by telling everyone his IP Address. At this point he will explode, leaving spammy posts as remnants of his sad and short life.
