Requests for mediation

• Use {{mip|mediator}} for articles where mediation is in progress, where "mediator" is the name of the current mediator. (New - iffy)
• Use {{rfm|date}} where date is in the format day.month, for example 30.4 or 4.12 (Maybe not - either use WP:RFM or a template tag scheme, not both.)
