Rename[edit]

Looks like there are a bunch of links landing here from mathematical concepts. Therefore I propose to move this page to Undefined (band) and create a dab page at Undefined (disambiguation). Undefined can then become a redirect to the dab page. Suggestions, upgrades etc can go here or on my talk page. If you're going down that route, the dab page should be at just Undefined without the suffix. However, my view would be that this article should be moved to Undefined (band) and then this should be redirected to the mathematical meaning, as that's by far the most common use of the term. Extreme popularity - most viewed page on Wikipedia recently[edit]

This article remained with strangely high traffic statistics for several months following my bringing this up. However, the count suddenly dropped to nearly zero in October 2014 and has remained low since. No matter what happened, I can guarantee that some error with the stats.grok.se website occurred. For some strange and unknown reason, the page "Undefined" was unintentionally used by me as a talk page. I wanted to leave a message on someone's talk page from the iPad and after I tapped on "save page" it took me to this page and saved the edit here instead of the person's talk page. I see that this has happened to quite a few editors today who are editing from mobile/tablet. For now it has been semi-protected by @Materialscientist: but will that work as this is also happening to [auto]confirmed users. -- Frankie _talk 14:04, 26 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

A look at the history of this talk page shows that a Twinkle bug was causing bad edits with the summary "Proposing to merge undefined into undefined (TW)"...
