This image, Rassilon.jpg, is a screen shot from Doctor Who a television show copyrighted by the BBC, I futurehawk|talk 21:03, 14 September 2007 (UTC)) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use law because:

1. The image is a low-resolution cropped screen shot from a 90-minuet feature-length episode of Doctor Who;
2. The image is being used for informational purposes about the character Rassilon mentioned several time in the series but only shown in this one scene;
3. No more free alternative exists or can exist;
4. The use of the image in this article will have no effect on the copyright holder's commercial use of the image in question.

This image is a screenshot from a copyrighted film, and the copyright for it is most likely owned by the studio which produced the film, and possibly also by any actors appearing in the screenshot.
