Renaming[edit]

This page should be moved in order to remain consistent with the other articles on foreign relations. See Category:Foreign relations by country. — Ливай | 00:17, 25 Apr 2005 (UTC)

Expansion of the article[edit]

this page would really benefit from some expansion... despite all of these free trade agreements and such it seems like the US is the main player in mexican foreign affairs as it has been since the spaniards left. it would be interesting to see what a more in-depth survey might turn up, from independence to the mexican-american war, to the zimmerman note through today.MrGears 03:27, 6 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

In the upcoming weeks I'll try to expand the article as much as I can. However, some help might be needed to complement it and make any orthographic correction when necessary from native English-speakers. Kraft. (talk) 21:37, 21 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Forgotten Relation[edit]

I have noticed Cambodia has not been included in the Mexican relations. Same thing with Cambodia's relations page. From a News Article I have gathered that " they established their diplomatic relations in 1992." Since I am pretty new at wiki it would be nice for someone to add this relation and maybe do a little more research. RennTorakWolf (talk) 03:53, 22 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Blacklisted Links Found on the Main Page[edit]

Cyberbot II has detected that page contains external links that have either been globally or locally blacklisted. Links tend to be blacklisted because they have a history of being spammed, or are highly innappropriate for Wikipedia. This, however, doesn't necessarily mean it's spam, or not a good link. If the link is a good link, you may wish to request whitelisting by going to the request page for whitelisting. If you feel the link being caught by the blacklist is a false positive, or no longer needed on the blacklist, you may request the regex be removed or altered at the blacklist request page. If the link is blacklisted globally and you feel the above applies you may request to whitelist it using the before mentioned request page, or request it's removal, or alteration, at the request page on meta. When requesting whitelisting, be sure to supply the link to be whitelisted and wrap the link in nowiki tags. The whitelisting process can take its time so once a request has been filled out, you may set the invisible parameter on the tag to true. Please be aware that the bot will replace removed tags, and will remove misplaced tags regularly.

Below is a list of links that were found on the main page:

Just channing PNG Diplomatic relations map to SVG (Scalable vector graphics is a commonly used file format for providing a geometrical description of an image using basic objects such as labels, circles, lines, curves and polygons), the colors were changed to highlight the borders. For assistance with SVG see Wikipedia:Graphics Lab. --Cihuaweb (talk) 19:56, 8 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

SVG map does not show certain nations where Mexico has an embassy in. You seem keen on wanting to promote a map you created without seeking a consensus nor providing a talk page to discuss said proposal. Please do not go into my talk page and tell me what I can and cannot do. Aquintero, (talk), 21:02, 8 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Why this map doesn't show certain nations where Mexico has an embassy in?, this map was created using your map's source. I'm not promoting anything it's your information but using SVG format Wikipedia:SVG image support, maps in PNG should be converted to SVG , once again there's not necessary a consensus because I did not change anything, it's your source but in SVG format, but I can see you cannot understand that and just supporting your image, no matter if your image is PNG format or not, if you are not agree with my map so then upload yours in SVG format and replace it, if not I will report you for vandalism. --Cihuaweb (talk) 20:54, 8 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
