How do Scots pronounce this name?

rocks-burra

This town was once called Marchidun, and might have been Arthur's "Camelot," according to Alistair Moffat's "Arthur and the Lost Kingdoms." ---G.T.N. (talk) 17:57, 8 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The old Time Team page isn't there any more. It must have gone somwhere - I can't imagine they've just binned it. It's still in the web archive and the book linked to from the archives site is available from The Rowans - 91.125.183.157 (talk) 13:27, 15 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Other Places Called: ROXBURGH[edit]

There are many OTHER towns and localities.. scattered all across the world.. Which bear the name of:

ROXBURGH.

Sadly.. Facebook - being one of the largerst social media websites.. CANNOT distinguish between any "other" town or locality of:

Roxburgh. And thus enforces all ROXBURGH citizens.. to "accept" Roxburgh, UK as their hometown. Sadly.. in my case.. I HAVE NEVER EVER BEEN TO THE UK.. (and more the merrier - neither do i ever WANT to go to the UK)

However. Roxburgh, New Zealand. never gets a mention.. When anyone "searches" wikipedia for "ROXBURGH"

One has to already know that Roxburgh, Otago (NZ) exists.. to ever find it.?

WHY IS THERE NO REFERENCES.. ON A LANDING PAGE.. For alternative localities of: ROXBURGH Do you mean "ROXBURGH" -- in... UK NZ USA ? ? ?> — Preceding unsigned comment added by 125.237.24.156 (talk) 23:15, 2 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
