Wikipedia has lots and lots of excellent material on accountancy, but without wanting to be disparaging, also some that is downright old-fashioned and typical of the misconceptions common among laypeople and even older accountants! The pre-refactor article was an excellent example.

Disambiguation link to Wikipedia space[edit]

Suggest this page should show a link to "Wikipedia:Why create an account?". It took me a long time to find 'reasons to register' - searching on "account" (taken from "create account") did not help. 81.129.151.236 10:19, 10 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Good suggestion. I've added a link at Account (disambiguation). This page links to that one ("For other uses ..."), and policy is that articles should cross-reference to as few other pages (for disambiguation purposes) as possible. -- John Broughton (♫♫) 20:26, 12 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
