To move a page using Classic skin without quickbar and without being sysop, or with Nostalgia skin, was cumbersome because there was no link and one had to type the URL http://en.wikipedia.org/w/wiki.phtml?title=Special:Movepage&target=...

This template can make it a little easier: put {{mv}} in the edit box and press Preview, then you get a Move link. Do not press Save!
