I have a water dragon and his head is turning white. WHY? He has also had problems with his back legs. Sounds Like calcium defficiency be sure to have uvb light and calcium powder and gut load your crickets

it wont turn white if its a calcium defficiency....calcium defficiency will cause lumps or growths under the skin.. might be why his legs are not right but not why his head is turning white...

Check your humidity is not too high and causing body rot. I would also seek vetrinary care immediately

Can i get confirmation on the sexing of the species. I always knew the red belly and chest to indicate a male. But recently had been argued that "pink/red" can also form on females, and that sexing should be done by isolating swollen glands or lumps under the tail. Similar to sexing more land based dragons.
