Image Copyrights[edit]

Hi (again) Meji100 — the image you uploaded, Image:Amedika Bilind.jpg, needs some kind of copyright tag. If you created it yourself, you can release them to the public domain and tag them {{PD}} or {{GFDL}}, or, if you got them from elsewhere, you need to make sure that copyright does not apply. You can look at Wikipedia:Image description page and Wikipedia:Image copyright tags to see what kind of tags you can put up, or you can just let me know where you got the images from and I'll be happy to do it for you. — Asbestos | Talk 14:23, 29 Mar 2005 (UTC)

Hi, well it's not mine, it's from the site ebarzan.com. Can I upload one with ebarzan.com on the picture so that the owner's name is on it?
Not really, I'm afraid. If you look at the bottom of the site's main page, you'll see "© 2002-2005 eBarzan Com All rights reserved." I'm going to tag it {{PUI}} (possibly unfree image), which means that it will stay up there for now, but I expect that it will get deleted for copyright violation. You could try emailing the owners of the site to ask for permission to use the photograph, or try to find another one that you think isn't copyrighted, but as it is this one will probably have to go (unless you get permission). Wikipedia's copyright policies are pretty strict, I'm afraid.
By the way, it's generally best to reply to someone's comment on their own talk page, or they won't know if you responded. I just happened to check back here to see if the images had been tagged, so I saw your message, but usually people won't think to go back to the page they left a comment on (strange system, I realize...).

Well, I deleted that picture for now, so you say I can upload another one without any copyright signs on it?
