Youth BORs[edit]

Unless things have changed since I was a scout a couple years ago, all boards of review are conducted by adults who aren't scoutmasters, not just those of higher ranks. Thesquire 10:12, 27 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Thesquire, it sounds like your experience is more current than mine. It may be that the BSA has moved away from the boy-driven boards of review for lower ranks, or perhaps some units have/do use them even though national policy may be for all boards of review to be of the adult type. When I have some time, I will research more fully. In the meantime, feel free to make the change to the article if you are confident about it. Johntex 15:07, 31 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]
I haven't heard of a boy-driven BOR since the early 1970s. Rlevse 21:31, 11 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Which page to use[edit]

I like that Smack moved Board of Review (Scouting) to Board of Review (Boy Scouts of America). I hadn't noticed there were two articles with similar titles. This keeps the article naming more in line with other BSA-related articles and BORs (under that name at least) are likely BSA-only. Rlevse 21:31, 11 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]
