Redirect[edit]

I wasn't sure whether to redirect this page to a new article "Name-Your-Own-Price" or not. Any suggestions? The acronym is rather arcane.

Alextorrenegra (talk) 18:44, 24 May 2009 (UTC) The "name your own price" feature is not a reverse action. As the name of the patent describes it, it is a "Method and apparatus for a cryptographically assisted commercial network system designed to facilitate buyer-driven conditional purchase offers". The key phrase is "buyer-driven conditional purchase offers". The word "auction" is not used in the patent anywhere, neither on the website of Priceline. The patent No is 5,794,207.[reply]
