The Friar's club roast happened September 29, 2001, not a 'few days' after 9/11. "a few weeks" perhaps or "just 18 days" is maybe more appropriate. "The date is mentioned in Getty/AP photos of the event but don't think that qualifies as a source, you can cite pg 19 of "9/11 Culture" by Jeffrey Melnick instead.
