Number of countries[edit]

I updated the term "fifteen countries of the EU" to twenty-five, on the basis that European directives automatically apply to the 10 new EU members also.

I may be wrong.

May not apply within countries[edit]

I don't have a specific reference, but as I understant it, the directive does not apply to mobility within a country, for example a lawyer moving from England to Scotland. Psnae 03:01, 24 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
