Why did someone put "musical style" smack dab in the middle of the biography again? it makes no sense at all for it to be there, it's an entirely different topic than band history. also, it doesnt really make sense to have a subsection named "musical differences" when the info going on to claim most differences were money related.

I've updated things a bit. One of the changed I made was putting the band picture first. This seems to be standard for most articles on bands. I also arranged the album covers chronologically, and added a basic article for Mourning Has Broken, and fixed a few gramatical errors and inconsistencies. I have a suggestion for a large change, so I'd though I'd post it here first to see what people think:

"Musical Differences", "Unofficial Reunion" and "Official reunion" sections are all in fact part of the bands biography, as the all detail the band's history. I think it would make sense for all of it to be under the "Biography" section, and then have subsections for "beginnings (or something like that)", "[insert name for hoattc/dreamweaver era]", "musical differences", "unofficial", "official", as they are really all different stages of the bands history.

Also, I think we should get a new picture for the top, which has Simon Jones in the picture.

If theres not comments on these ideas for a while, I'll make the changes...

Bio incomplete[edit]

Needs someone to do a bit of filling in in the middle/end of the bio. --KharBevNor 21:05, 3 Jun 2005 (UTC)

Hi mate i have tried to put some info in relating to the fregmentation of the band and simon jones leaving.

I have e-mailed a friend and fellow fan and asked him to provide some info after dreamweaver.

I will help out when possible though.

and i know its a tedious subject - but Sabbbat as "thrash metal??"

article[edit]

Hey guys - the article is coming along well dont you think? Managed to get a lot more information about the formation of sabbat. have some info i am going to introduce about "dan or dave halliday" from Hell, who walkier quotes at the recent Nottingham rig gig. There is much new historical information about the band in the terrorizer magazine article [#152] and metal hammer january 2006 edition. If you have to make any serious changes to the article can we discuss them here before hand - that way we can get the article really spot on!

Thanks for all the help!

Numerous minor updates[edit]

I did a quick bit of work on the article to improve its style and grammar -- I'd like to work on a Holosade article. I'm from the same dead-end small town as Simon Jones, so it's interesting to me.--Rfsmit (talk) 20:07, 22 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed move[edit]

Proposing straightforward move of contents from Sabbat (band) to Sabbat (British band) due to existence of Sabbat (Japanese band). Links to Sabbat (band) would then be either rewritten to Sabbat (British band), or redirected to Sabbath (disambiguation), which lists both bands. JJB 14:09, 22 October 2008 (UTC)

I second that. I was just about to propose a move myself. --217/83 14:44, 27 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
