Untitled[edit]

Stormwatch is not a concept album.

I'm pretty sure it's Francis Wilson on 'Dun Ringill', and not John Kettley. Kettley didn't start reading weather reports until about 1980. Every reference I've ever seen about 'Dun Ringill' mentions Wilson, and it definitely sounds like him. Halmyre 22:26, 14 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

That John Kettley claim was added yesterday by an anonymous contributor. The liner notes say "Special thanks to Francis Wilson, Thames TV weatherman for spoken voice". I've reverted the anon edit. --KFP (talk | contribs) 22:42, 14 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Strange introduction not to Wikipedia's standards?[edit]

I have just fixed the grammar in a sentence in the introduction that doesn't strike me as being particually important for the article. - "With heavy rock and elegant orchestrations, the album presents energy, thought, intensity and an inner peace, ending with an overall sense of calm." —Preceding unsigned comment added by Kuliwil (talkcontribs) 01:41, 9 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The tracks that John Glascock played on[edit]

I have just seen a documentary on JT made in 1979 that covers the recording of Stormwatch. In it you can see John playing on the recording of Dark Ages - YT link - go to 2:16. It is of course possible that they didn't use him on the final track, but I just wondered where the list of tracks he played on comes from as that excludes Dark Ages? The list is printed like that on the original album sleeve. See here: https://forums.stevehoffman.tv/threads/the-jethro-tull-album-by-album-thread-reboot.1032470/page-22#post-26184399
Unrelated but we should also include the tracklisting of the 40th anniversary deluxe edition with all the additions. Jules TH 16 (talk) 17:09, 21 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
