Secret Trials Forbidden by 6th Ammendment.[edit]

Secret trials are generally forbidden by the The Sixth Amendment (Amendment VI) to the United States Constitution, which sets forth rights related to criminal prosecutions. It was ratified in 1791 as part of the United States Bill of Rights. The Supreme Court has applied the protections of this amendment to the states through the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.

Hello?! Wikipedia, anyone home? How long has this substantive fact been missing from the article? How long have we failed in the WP:Encyclopedia's mission to teach the public about limited government, and the rights that individuals are guaranteed under the law and constitution? And is the article here promoting a communist agenda for the US, or a fascist agenda? Or since the article does not reflect the status quo of US jurisprudence, are we merely given warrant for current administrative policy at wikipedia? I honestly don't know. Given the uncertainty, I will choose neutrality and tag the article for dictatorial totalitarianism. since i don't wish to waste my time edit warring with ignoramuses.
