Why this page was created

Due to the fact that I frequently upload more than one image onto the Featured Picture Candidates page, (which causes problems in the promoting side of things) I have set up a semi featured picture candidate page. Please choose out of the series your favourite one, or if you don't think any of them are good enough say so. The photo which has the most votes after 4 days (or less if there is a clear majority) will be put up as a FPC. Anyone is welcome to vote. Thank you to all those who participate in the voting.

Another series from my trip to the Melbourne Zoo, some do suffer from wire enclosures but I've tried to minimize this by using a long zoom on it. Anyway see what you guys think.

I like number 5, not so fond of the closeups as they look a bit oversharpened to me. Good luck with FPC though, people will scream "BUT ITS CUT OFF!!!" at you :) Stevage 05:58, 12 January 2007 (UTC)
