Hello,

It looks like you have been contributing for quite awhile, so no need for the customary {welcome} blurb; I suspect you know your way around here pretty well by now. In any case, just a quick note to say I liked your addition to Don Giovanni. It is the kind of information I wish we had more of in the opera articles.

All the best, -- Viajero 12:58, 16 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the kind welcome :) Tedneeman 23:28, 16 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Bellamy?[edit]

On GWS, you added:

  • David Bellamy, British environmental campaigner who has since retracted his views

if he has retracted his views, I'd be interested to know... I haven't seen anything. I know he's been sacked by CAT though. William M. Connolley 12:26:29, 2005-07-22 (UTC).

Martin Niemoller[edit]

Nice catch on that redirect for Niemöller. It's hard to type umlauts. Thanks.--TJ 16:21, 6 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
