I disagree that it should be speedy deleted. It's a stub! It can and should be expanded. May be 100% of the original text will be rewritten, but right now it can serve as a seed for a future article.

I don't see how it fits any criteria for speedy deletion. There was a link here from Capitalism and there is clearly a need for this article (it's 2005 already!). Paranoid 23:43, 30 Apr 2005 (UTC)
