Hi Marco, thanks for trying to improve the Wikipedia by adding a picture. If you read Wikipedia:Image use policy, you can get some general guidelines for images on the encyclopedia. Unortunately There are a couple of problems with your upload. The first is that it doesn't have a license: some images copyrighted by other people are allowed on the Wikipedia as "fair use" under strictly limited conditions, the rest have to be under a free license or be released to the public domain. If you are the creator of an image, you can add a license tag to it, showing the license you are releasing it under. The second issue is that this is a very private situation and the woman is clearly identifiable: in such circumstances we need clear evidence that the subject consents to the publication of the picture, normally through an email to OTRS. Also on sex related pages, debates about images can get a bit heated: it's best to make a contribution to the talk page and try and get a consensus amongst editors especially where the article is already illustrated and these debates have probably already happened a few times. File copyright problem with File:Condom Usage.jpg[edit]
Thank you for uploading File:Condom Usage.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.
If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log.
