Getting Rid of 7s[edit]

Removed from the See Also section the phone number for the Toronto Star - there are many phone numbers that consist largely of the number 7, and it doesn't seem relevant here - and a Biblical numeric reference without a Wikilink. And, in a slightly prior edit, the Flaming Sword of Eden. - Corporal Tunnel 00:00, 23 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

God's number?[edit]

I know many religious people consider 777 a religiously significant number, but is there any historical, cultural or scriptural basis for this? To me it seems like a recent, artificial substitution of the digits of the "number of the beast", 666, mentioned in Revelation, with the numeral 7, which is a symbolically significant number commonly found in the Bible. There are mention of 7, 70, "seventy times seven" and other combinations in the Bible, but none of 777. 203.73.239.185 (talk) 09:48, 28 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I'm moving the section about computer science[edit]

It's not related to the year 777. It should be on the disambiguation page. Twistor96 (talk) 09:44, 21 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
