  • Redirect for now, then create as a stand alone article when somebody original neutral offers treatment as considerate of the subject as that in MSN Encarta. To permanently refuse a VC PLA Army article would be nationalist POV. SimBot2 17:23, 10 May 2004 (UTC)[reply]
