I wish Wikipedia would get rid of that ridiculous notability requirement. If Arthur Porges doesn't meet it then nobody does. He was so prolific but unheralded. Yet, somehow someone here seems to think his biography shouldn't be on this site. Ridiculous. He was a great writer. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.156.229.26 (talk) 06:11, 6 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The Reason[edit]

Arhur Porges wrote a short story called "The Reason". It was so unusual, well written and interesting, I had to find out about his other works. His story was in "A treasury of MODERN MYSTERIES" Vol.1 published by Doubleday & Company Inc., Garden City, New York (Copyright@1973).It is an excellent story and I urge anyone that likes to ready yourself for a treat and read "The Reason". The subject matter is one I have never seen written about or even included in novels. Please list it in his bio. Thanks.
