Isn't most of this just lifted from the CIA World Factbook? If so, is that appropriate to Wiki? 211.30.47.220

Thanks - but even though there is no copyright issue, is it suitable to just copy-paste large slabs of information from external sources? This is probably in a Wikipedia policy document somewhere, I'll look it up. 211.30.47.220 04:07, 15 Dec 2004 (UTC)

This Is OK?[edit]

I hardly think that just taking everything off CIA is a very good thing to do even if legal...

I edited citing resources from the cia book. I am also adding more information about the climate.

On the other hand, if our tax dollars paid for the information gathered, why shouldn't we be able to use it? The CIA Factbook is an excellent source of general knowledge and to disregard it for some stupid "politcially correct" psuedo-ethical BS is inappropriate in my opinion.
