Blanking[edit]

History section needs edit[edit]

The second paragraph in History here is... odd. Obscure and written in pseudo-high register, with little meaning when pulled apart. What's an "insidious yet drastic paradigm-shift" and would that even mean anything if sourced? Temerarius (talk) 18:30, 28 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

No idea indeed. The same concept could be conveyed with at least two thirds less words. The "resources" section is also misguided, for instance "index cards" and "drawers with folders" were already outdated by the 1990s and should be replaced with more generic terms which can encompass current technologies too.
