Things to Do[edit]

This article needs clean-up, should be expanded and stick more to the (open available!) sources. For example, Sandline did not violate the UN embargo on Sierra Leone, but only the british, misinterpreted version of the UN resolution. It is believed that the British as well as the US government might have been involved in the scandal makes the whole incident sound like a conspiracy, which is simply wrong. --Echoray 23:22, 6 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Papua New-Guinea not Sierra Leone[edit]

The Sandline affair mentionned in the article has nothing to do with Sierra Leone, but with Papua New-Guinea. -- Red Star 23:34, 5 August 2005

OBE?[edit]

Tim Spicer's autobiography lists him as OBE. I haven't found anything about that using the sites http://www.gazettes-online.co.uk and http://www.honours.gov.uk/ - can someone with more knowledge of the English honours system look into that? -- Tierlieb 11:14, 22 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Renewal of Iraq contract[edit]

The Iraq contract for Aegis has been renewed last week, it amounts now to 475 million up from 290 million US Dollars. The employees of these security companies are working in a legal vacuum. To highlight this, I have added a link "When the regular army goes.... Dr. Alexander von Paleske
