The original DANFS entry actually described the events of 5 January 1943 as involving "survivors of a crashed B-2." I have a hard time believing a Curtiss B-2 Condor was involved, tho perhaps a Northrop B-2 Spirit will have flown thru a time-warp.... I've guessed that it would have been a B-25 Mitchell, but I can't confirm it. Can anybody help? --the Epopt 17:30, 11 Feb 2004 (UTC)

The version at [1] says "B-25", but of course no way to know if it was adjusted during type-in. The incident is apparently too minor for Morison to mention. Stan 18:13, 11 Feb 2004 (UTC)

Convoy tactics[edit]

It has been said elsewhere that the Japanese Navy did not use convoy tactics. The Grayback article indicates that the Japanese did use such tactics at least on a small scale.
